These clients wanted a home that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, with an emphasis on natural, high-end materials.
Our work consisted of building rear and side additions and an outdoor sitting area, making way for a new kitchen and living spaces that flow from inside out. The owners were interested in using a blend of natural materials to add texture. In the French country-style kitchen we used a mix of concrete countertops, exposed reclaimed wood beams, an antique island, red brick flooring and apron sink to achieve an elevated, yet warm feel.
Past the kitchen, as you walk through the living area, your eyes are immediately drawn to large custom steel doors. Beyond is an outdoor oasis with several sitting areas and a resort-style pool. There’s a natural flow of space and textures throughout this home, making it feel both elevated and comfortable at the same time.
