True craftsman architectural details were returned to this home during its second story expansion. Outside, tapered square columns, under-eave brackets and new windows with transoms reflect the arts and craft style. Inside, classic craftsman columns partition rooms, elegant molding and dark hardwoods continue the period look.
Prior to adding the second story, Red Level raised the main level's ceiling height and reconfigured the layout to create room for a new staircase, piano room, spacious foyer and family room. The new second level now contains the home's media room with wet bar, three guest bedrooms and two baths.
